Acropolis climbing

Well here we are climbing another mountain. I’ve climbed a Tor, a mump and a Mount; now an Acropolis. This place has a collection of structures from ancient Athens such as the Parthenon, 🏛️ Temple of Athena, the Propylaea and the Erectheon 😎.

Simple, lining up for tickets, are we in the right line, should we take the hawker guide skip the line tour, book on line. No we are Capricorns so we stand in line patiently to find our entrance ticket is at 2.45 pm. It is late morning.

Ok so lunch with ouzo and visit to Temple of Zeus with Hadrians Gate. Then a hot 🥵 climb to the top of the Acropolis. I’ve decided I’m getting too old for lack of breathing but my legs beg to differ. Woo hoo. I made it. Dehydrated we wander down the incline and flop.
