Ancient Athens

Landing in Greece you fall into a beautiful part of history. So much in every street and alleyway, you can’t help loving this nation. As we get into our chauffeured transfer I wonder why he’s opening the left front door; of course it’s left hand drive I laugh to myself. A weird feeling on the roads when you are used to the right. We had our suitcases taken to our room and a free bottle of red. Amazing. A nice end to the day in Whispers restaurant overlooking the Acropolis which I’ll show in the next blog.
