Reflecting on my first day with Mr Q

I went to pick up my hire car. A possible Ford Focus. I ended up with a Nissan Qashqai - Mr Q. Who knows why, rolling with the punches. Mr Tomkins and I ( my satnav) needed to become reacquainted and with the English roads. I got lost quite a bit and my friend Angie wondered where I was. I had picked up the car late, stopped at Sutton Hoo made famous in the movie the Dig. Mr T took me and Mr Q along some tiny roads, ignored the road closures x3 and I passed The Unruly Pig pub twice. I could have become flustered but took it in my stride and was relieved when I found Theberton in Suffolk and Angie.

Sutton Hoo didn’t enrapture me but 3 of the burial mounds had special energy.
