The last stop on this leg of my pilgrimage. St Michael’s Mount is the crossing place for several ley lines which I’ll discuss in my next post. St Michael and Mary ley lines last point in England. I did a little bit of planning and also put the car park into Mr Tomkins my sat nav. This destination wasn’t too far from Newquay and I proposed starting here as the tides were affected by the weather and so visits to the castle closing early. I found the car park and paid the ticket for parking only to realise it was out of town and the “mount” carpark was in town - Marazion. My fault as I ignored Mr T and turned too early. A nice walk it was anyway and I found the ferries and paid the “ferryman” a return ticket. They told me it was an arduous climb to the castle so didn’t purchase the castle ticket until I got there, I had memories of the Tor and the mump. This one called the mount. Uneven stairs and then cobblestone hill. I’d been waiting for this yet held back, like I didn’t want it to end. Got my big girl boots on ( actually my new joggers) and made the climb. Breathe Scarlett. The air and views were amazing, not lands end but felt like it. It was such a beautiful day too like it was preordained.
St Michael’s Mount has been a major spiritual centre, a military stronghold, a thriving port and much loved family home. Of course it was a monastery in the 12th century and had been used as early as 6th century for spiritual means. It has therefore attracted pilgrims just like me.
I was in the chapel, which has a crypt where they found a 7 foot skeleton years ago. It wasn’t till I was outside leaning on the wall that I felt some energy and from then on I felt it’s significance and the light and sun felt brighter. I decided to splash out and have a high tea all gluten free 🤩

I’ll be posting more pictures on Quintessional Healing FB page this week.
